I am a Master of Education student in Counselling Psychology at the University of Lethbridge and am currently completing my clinical practicum at Iasis Psychological and Consulting Services. I also hold a thesis-based master’s degree in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Alberta, where my research explored men’s mental health and help-seeking.
I am interested in supporting adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, and interpersonal challenges. I believe that counselling is a collaborative process and that understanding a person’s experiences requires taking the time to listen to their unique story, strengths, values, and perspectives.
As a developing counsellor, I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves and exploring what brings them to counselling. I meet clients with curiosity, compassion, and respect, while working alongside them to develop greater insight, identify meaningful ways forward, and support lasting change.
